Email info@criyx.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. We can delete personal information submitted through Criyx forms, assessments and other first-party services, subject to applicable law.
Give us enough detail to find the right records.
Include the name and email address associated with your request, the workspace or service involved, and a short description of the information you want deleted. Please do not send bank, payment, email, social-media or third-party account passwords.
We verify, action and confirm your request.
We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity and protect against unauthorised deletion. After review, we will delete eligible information and confirm the outcome, or explain why a particular record must be retained.
Some records may need to remain for legitimate reasons.
We may retain limited information where required by law, needed to resolve a dispute, prevent fraud or abuse, protect security, or maintain essential business records. Any retained information remains subject to our Privacy Notice.
